Pond Services (uk) Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to amend/change any of the below T's & C's without giving prior notice to anyone.

Pond Services (UK) and any business/s:
will be known as the (sub-contractor/s) throughout the term of the membership or association to Pond Services (uk).

Terms & Conditions agreement:
Any and all sub-contractor/s working under the banner whilst associated with Pond Services (UK) fully accept the below terms & conditions upon signing to become a sub-contractor. If for any reason the sub-contractor does not fully agree to any or all of the following terms & conditions, the sub-contractor must make Pond Services (UK) aware within 7 days of becoming a sub-contractor by emailing Pond Services (UK) to the following address
(EMAIL HERE).

If for any reason the sub-contractor does not email Pond Services (UK) of any dissatisfaction, then it is deemed that the sub-contractor fully accept all terms and conditions laid out below for the full term of your membership with Pond Services (UK).

Trading under Pond Services (UK) banner:
No business/s - company/s or sub-contractor/s are allowed to operate or advertise using any Pond Services (UK) trade name without any prior permission/s. Pond Services (UK) is the sole property and registered to Pond Services (UK).
If business/s - company/s or sub-contractor/s no longer wish to be associated with Pond Services (UK) as a sub-contractor, then all signage and association with Pond Services (UK) MUST be removed forthwith, and you are not allowed to be associated to Pond Services (UK) hereafter.

Any mis-conduct by the sub-contractor:
Any sub-contractor that is found to be carrying out any of the following (mis-representing/mis-leading or any mis-conduct) that could be harmful to Pond Services (UK) in anyway whatsoever, or to any potential or existing customer/client of Pond Services (UK) will result in further action being taken and your association with Pond Services (UK) withdrawn forthwith along with legal action being taken against the sub-contractor for damages.

Court Action:
Any and all legal proceedings will be heard and carried out at Carlisle Cumbria

Insurance/s:
This will be the sole responsibility of the sub-contractor and at no point can Pond Services (UK) be held responsible for any claims whatsoever by the conduct of the sub-contractor or there employees.
Public Liability along with various other insurances must be in place before any work/construction can be allocated to the sub-contractor. (please ask)

Work/construction associated:
If any work associated to Pond Services (UK) will be liable to a fee charged to the sub-contractor, If for any reason whatsoever Pond Services (UK) are not made fully aware, then this is a breach of the sub-contractors contract and LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN against the sub-contractor, with any and all additional costs incurred in this action will be liable to the sub-contractor.

Fee payable by the sub-contractor per job:
We require at the completion/end of each job carried out, a 5% charge of the net value, payable into Pond Services (UK) account within 7 days, failure to do so could and will result in a penalty of £100.00 being added to the outstanding amount, and any further leads generated will be forwarded to another company until the fee are settled in full.
